Makes: 4-6 servings              Prep/Cook Time: 30 minutes

1 package PVP “Beefy” Plant-Based Crumble Mix
1 packet PVP Mushroom Soup & Gravy Mix
1 ½ cups plant-based milk  (for soup)
1 ½ cups water (for Crumble preparation)
4 tablespoons favorite oil (for Crumble and Hash preparation)
1 pound yellow potatoes, peeled, cut into ½” dice
1 small, or ½ large, yellow onion, cut into ½” dice
¼ tsp salt
Black pepper 


  • Prepare “Beefy” Plant-Based Crumbles according to directions on package. Set aside.
  • Mix together 1 packet Mushroom Soup & Gravy Mix with 1 ½ cups plant-based milk. Do not heat through. Set aside.
  • In 12” skillet, over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons oil, onions, potatoes, salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 5-10 minutes, stirring often, until potatoes start to brown.
  • Turn down heat to low/medium and continue to cook, stirring often, until potatoes are soft and browned to your liking…about 15 minutes.
  • Pour in Mushroom Soup and milk mixture.
  • Stir until mixture thickens. This takes just a couple of minutes.
  • Stir in prepared “Beefy” Crumbles. Stir until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy! 
**Pro Tip…if potatoes brown but are not soft enough…turn down heat and cover, stirring often.  This will help the potatoes soften faster.
