1 packet PVP Cream Gravy Mix
2 cup unsweetened dairy free milk*
5 oz vegan sausage
*Avoid using oat milk as gravy will not set up properly.
- Combine Cream Gravy Mix and dairy free milk to small bowl and whisk until well incorporated. Set aside.
- In a medium skillet, cook sausage according to package directions. (If using sausage patties, lightly brown the patties on each side and then break into smaller pieces with a spatula).
- Give gravy mixture a final stir and pour over browned sausage. Stir until bubbly and thickened.
- Serve on top of your favorite biscuits or toast.
