CURRY CHICK’N SALAD MIX

Makes: 4 Servings
Prep/Chill Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet PVP Curry Chick’n Salad Meatless Mix
¾ cup cold water
½ cup plant-based mayo

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Combine Curry Chick’n Salad Mix and water in a medium bowl.
• Mix well so all of mixture is coated in water.
• Let soak for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
• Add ½ cup mayo and mix well.
• Cover and chill, in fridge, another 10 minutes or until completely rehydrated.
• Keep mixture refrigerated once rehydrated.

Delicious!

Like the regular chick’n salad mix but with curry which I love. Add some grapes and nuts and it’s heaven to me. The great thing is you can add as much vegan mayo as you want to your taste. So good, I highly recommend it!
