Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup. Treat yourself to a bowl of soup full of rich and robust mushroom flavor!  This is not your typical store bought mushroom soup...think fine dining. Enjoy as is or use it to make a variety of savory vegan dishes.  Replace milk with water to make a holiday worthy mushroom gravy.  Make 4 cups!

*POTATO STARCH, MUSHROOM, SEA SALT, **NUTRITIONAL YEAST, *ONION, *TOMATO, *CANE SUGAR, *GARLIC, THYME *ORGANIC
**Nutritional Yeast is deactivated and fortified with b vitamins.

MUSHROOM SOUP

Makes: 2 servings per packet
Prep/Cook Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet PVP Mushroom Soup Mix
2 cups unsweetened dairy free milk*

*Avoid using oat milk as soup will not set up properly.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Add 2 cups milk and 1 packet Mushroom Soup Mix to a small saucepan.
• Whisk until mix is well dissolved.
• Turn burner on to medium/high heat and whisk, frequently, until soup starts to bubble and thicken.
• Remove saucepan from heat.

MUSHROOM GRAVY

Simply replace milk with 2 cups water. Ladle over your favorite potato dish or dressing.

Amazing!!!!!

I don't know how to make classic gravy and it doesn't matter because this mushroom gravy is so delicious. Just yesterday I smothered some chicken breasts in it. For the record, I've had all the gravy mixes from Pure Vegan Pantry and they all deliver. Also how amazing is it that these products are all made from actual, real ingredients? It makes you wonder how the laboratory-made mixes even came into existence.

Great as a spice and on its own

This mushroom gravy mix will make you a delicious soup without any extra additions. When you feel fancier - start adding it to your food as a spice... It will add that “mushroomy” layer! We just ordered a bunch and we use it daily!
