**NUTRITIONAL YEAST, *TOMATO, POTATO FLOUR, TAPIOCA STARCH, SEA SALT, *CANE SUGAR, *CARROT, *GARLIC, *ONION, *TUMERIC, *PAPRIKA *ORGANIC
**Nutritional Yeast is deactivated and fortified with b vitamins.

DAIRY FREE CHEESE SAUCE MIX

Makes: 8 Servings
Prep/Cook Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet PVP Cheeze Sauce Mix
2 cups unsweetened dairy free milk*
1 tablespoon dairy free butter

*Avoid using oat milk as gravy will not set up properly.

INSTRUCTIONS:

*If using a traditional blender or Nutribullet style blender...
• Add milk first and then Cheeze Sauce Mix to blender. Blend for 10-15 seconds or until all of the lumps are gone.
• Pour Cheeze Sauce into small saucepan.
• Turn burner on to medium heat and whisk, constantly, until Cheeze Sauce starts to bubble and thicken.
• Remove saucepan from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon butter.

* If mixing Cheeze Sauce Mix with a whisk...
• Off heat…add 1 packet Cheeze Sauce Mix to a small saucepan.
• Add ½ cup cold milk and whisk until completely smooth…no lumps!
• Add another ½ cup milk and whisk until completely smooth.
• Add rest of milk and whisk until smooth.
• Turn burner on to medium heat and whisk, constantly, until Cheeze Sauce starts to bubble and thicken.
• Remove saucepan from heat.
• Stir in 1 tablespoon butter.

Best Vegan Cheese Sauce Ever!!

This vegan cheese sauce is amazing! Great texture and flavor. I made Mac n Cheese and Broccoli Cheese soup and my family couldn't even tell the difference. I highly recommend trying this amazing vegan cheese mix!!
