Pure Vegan Pantry provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Pure Vegan Pantry has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. You must return the product at your expense. If a product is deemed by Pure Vegan Pantry to be defective, Pure Vegan Pantry will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. If the product was purchased with a gift card, Pure Vegan Pantry will issue a Pure Vegan Pantry gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective." 

You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund.  After that, Pure Vegan Pantry will not process a refund request.

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. If you paid with a gift card, we'll send you a Pure Vegan Pantry Gift Card by U.S. Mail. 

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
