INGREDIENTS:
 
1 package PVP Classic or Curry Chick’n Salad Meatless Mix
½ cup vegan mayonnaise
¼ cup red grapes
¼ cup celery, small dice
¼ cup walnuts, rough chop
 
INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Prepare Classic or Curry Chick’n Salad Mix according to instructions on package.
  • Add in grapes, celery and walnuts and mix well.
  • Serve as is or make a Waldorf Chick’n Salad Sandwich! YUM!
