Makes: 6-8 servings Prep/Cook Time: 25 – 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package PVP “Beefy” Plant-Based Crumble Mix
1 Packet PVP Onion Soup and Dip Mix (only use one packet)
2 Tablespoons oil
3 cups water
8 oz can tomato sauce
15 oz can diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1 ½ cups dried elbow macaroni noodles
Chopped fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In 12” skillet, prepare PVP “Beefy” Crumbles according to instructions on package.
- When crumbles are cooked through and there is no liquid left, add to skillet…water, one packet PVP Onion Soup Mix, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
- Stir to combine with crumbles.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add macaroni and bring back to a good simmer.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until macaroni is very tender.
- Cover until ready to serve.
