Makes: 4 -6 servings Prep/Cook Time: 45 min - 1 hour
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet PVP No Chick’n Noodle Soup Mix
6 oz (approx 3 cups) bow tie pasta
10 oz (2 cups) frozen organic veggie mix
1 ½ cups unsweetened dairy free milk*
8 oz dairy free sour cream
½ cup dairy free parmesan cheese (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
*Avoid using oat milk as dish will not set up properly.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 375º
- Cook pasta according to package directions (make sure water is well seasoned with salt!)
- Drain pasta, return to pot and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into an 8 x 8 casserole dish.
- Top with parmesan.
- Cover and cook, 25 to 35 minutes, or until pasta is bubbling and heated all the way through.
