INGREDIENTS:
 
1 package PVP Classic or Curry Chick’n Salad Meatless Mix
½ cup vegan mayonnaise
Your favorite sandwich bread.
 
INSTRUCTIONS: 
  • Prepare Classic or Curry Chick’n Salad Mix according to instructions on package.
  • Spread about ½ cup of prepared Chick’n Salad on your bread and slice in half.  Add veggies if desired.
  • Wrap or place in a Tupperware container. Sandwiches will last in the fridge for 4 to 5 days!  A great make ahead lunch! 
*Optional…Mix in chopped celery, sliced grapes, raisins, slivered almonds, to your Chick’n Salad….get creative and make it your own!
